Travis W. Pottinger has successfully negotiated over $14,500,000.00 in real estate sales over the past year alone. Thanks to his highly effective facilitation of short sale transactions, Travis has helped over 425 (…and counting) families to sell their properties and avoid foreclosure, maintaining over an 85% acceptance rate.

Pottinger began his real estate career in residential home sales in 2005 on an investment level through purchasing distressed properties with the intention to renovate and resell. Travis brought his strong background in financial services and investment real estate to Keller Williams Southern Arizona. Over the past few years, he has transitioned his business into facilitating short sale transactions on both an investment and retail level. His relentless approach has led him to be recognized as a leading specialist in Arizona, as he has personally processed more short sales than most major companies have on a national scale. His strong desire to help people fortifies his chosen profession. Travis works tirelessly to make sure his clients are protected and represented with their best interests at heart.

Travis is a proud graduate of Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with emphases on Business/Finance and Sociology.  His experience spans across time spent in positions as a Financial Consultant (North Star Resource Group; Phoenix, Arizona), Commercial Realtor (Marcus & Millichap; Denver, Colorado), and Investment Agent (Pottinger Ventures, LLC; Tucson, Arizona).  He currently holds his Certified Short Sale Property (CSSPE) designation.

Travis is a Committee Chairman for the Arizona Chapter of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Association. The committee aids in the fundraising efforts to increase awareness, help families and individuals to manage ALS, and ultimately to find a cure for the disease better known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
